Our Current Sermon Series:  Moses in the Wilderness

Are you ready for a grand adventure? Moses was on a grand adventure of change, transition, persecution and fearful uncertainty and so are we. While on his expedition, Moses exhibited great leadership qualities inspired by his relationship with God that helped the Jewish nation navigate through some difficult times. My hope and prayer is that Moses example will inspire us to keep the faith in our present difficult times. Ponder the following questions and join us for service in person at 10 or online anytime.

January 10: Hebrews 11:24-28 “Moses a Hero of our Faith”

Real life Heroes are important, because they give us someone to look up to, someone to pattern our lives after. Are you someone’s hero?

    January 17: Exodus14: 19-31 “Don’t Panic!”

What is it [sea wall] that is causing us fear? How is God leading us today? We have been rescued are you putting your trust in our rescuer?

January 24: Exodus 16: 2-15 “Don’t Quit and be Grateful”

The good ol’ days are past us and the best is yet to come because God will meet our needs even though we are complaining all the time! We all face problems and with God’s help we will get through and be stronger. I am amazed how God saves us all the time and how we have such short memories and complain. God loves us and hears our grumblings. God wants to provide for all our needs. How are you doing in your personal battle to resist temptation, praying for others, and trusting in Christ as the “true bread” from heaven?

January 31: Exodus 17: 1-7 “The Lord is with us”

The Jews in the wilderness had a major need to have an attitude adjustment. How do we deal with stress, obedience and trust? When you thirst do you let go and let God?

    February 7: Exodus 20:1-4, 7-9, 12-20 “God’s Top Ten”

We live in a world were we try to bend the rules to benefit us. God’s top 10 helps to give us insight into what God desires out of our lives he has given us. Are you following God’s desire for you life?
